I regularly get my hair cut here by Geraldine. She's super friendly as is the rest of the staff. There's often a long wait so I recommend calling ahead or the using the app to check-in ahead of time (can't make appointments), that way you don't have to wait as long.

Went in for a simple clippers cut. I ask for a 3 setting as I have in other places. Apparently their 3 is shorter than every other place I've cut my hair. Yes, it'll grow back but shorter than I wanted. The lady who cut it apologized but it sounded like an afterthought at best. That cut was not that super. Never going back.

I called they say no booking I can just come and get the haircut, I walked in one of the ladies took my information and told me 20 minutes, I was cool with that. Then 2 other people walk in after me did the same. 10 minutes after the two people walked in after me get served and non of the ladies had the time to even tell me why did that happen, not gonna lie I didn’t even bother to ask I just walked away while they looking and of course they didn’t wanna explain nothing. I’ve been to Supercuts before and even though they not the best at haircuts they always professional but not today unfortunately

This place is ridiculous. No wait list but one lady collected my name then proceeded to help another customer who walked in after me and did not have an appointment... After she had hung out to watch tv for a few minutes at the desk ... I'm patient I thought... Whatever. Next woman came up after finishing a haircut and was clearly more interested in watching television and talking about it at the desk than cutting hair. I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Great experience! Victoria did a wonderful job and was very patient, and now my hair looks great! Good price and location for NMSU students.
