So not only are the staff at this clinic unprofessional but they believe people are bored/delusional enough to create this fairytale in their mind of the unsatisfactory service they received? Why would so many people feel the need to concoct such a detailed description of events if they didn't occur? And before you get the chance, no, you have no record of me being seen as a patient at your clinic. After reading the reviews I'd have to be out of my mind to attend. I'm writing on behalf of someone else who will gladly post the clinic's paperwork showing patient information.

I have never been in the office, I drove my girlfriend for an appointment and she was there for hours. I did some running around because it took so long. Then when I pick her up, she’s furious with the service given by this place. They are so unprofessional and do not care about you, they are paid no matter what so what they say to you doesn’t matter. They can just continue to not care about the people who come in with real problems. Now we have made an appointment with a different doctor which will take another few months to see. Don’t waste your time!!

After waiting 45 minutes for Dr. P to arrive in the room, she was extremely rude to my family member. She used medical jargon & did not explain what the problem was in a manner that was understandable to my family member. She spoke in a condescending tone & suggested ridiculous strategies for my family member who is over 80. She ended the appointment with “there’s really nothing I can do to help you, so yah”. This is a prime example of how the medical professionals treat patients of older age & I hope this clinic can review their patient side manners and place a higher value on patient relations and have an improvement in the future.

My first time visiting Skin Rhume , was a little nervous but was quickly put at ease with the friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour . Going back again 😄
