Does not honored appointments! I've tried them 3 times and each time something goes wrong. This time, I made an appointment for 7pm. I arrived at 7pm to no available stylists and was told to wait while one stylist finishes a customer's cornrows. What bothered me was that she just started those cornrows. She was literally on beaid #2. Which meant she could have made a choice to not do her hair and tell her to come back the next day. But no, she starts her hair. I sat for about 25mins wished them all a good evening and left. The unfortunate part is that this is the second time they have not honored an appointment. Don't take appointments if you aren't going to be ready to provide the service. It's cool, plenty of places don't take appointments so they can just roll with the work as it flows in. But an appointment means that we have agreed to a time for me to exchange money for a service. They do good work, but their service really sucks. I will never return.

I just left there. My husband and I are in the middle of moving and I wanted something simple so I wouldn't have to worry about my hair for the next day or so. I asked the two women in the store (no customers were there) if they could give me a basic, simple, regular French braid. Neither knew what that was, so I pulled up a photo on my phone. I've NEVER been to a braiding salon where NO ONE knows how to braid OR how to braid a basic French braid with hair OR how to braid to the scalp (which they specifically said they didn't know how to do). Total waste of time and energy. Save your time, energy, and money and go elsewhere.

I do not I repeat I do not LIKE THIS PLACE...... You call to make an appointment with Crystal she is never there she always pass you off to the other ladies not only that Crystal give you a good price over the phone when you get to the shop it'd higher then you were quoted. I went for box braids it look like I had crochet braids in the front a mess. Also they like to say what length you want you tell them they say oh that's going to be 220. Very unprofessional want to eat cereal before they do your hair get on the phone laughing all in your ear while doing your hair I will never go to this place again I've been going for a few years but this last experience was the worse

I just got my hair done and I love my poetic justice braids! I saw the lady mum and she slayed. I will definitely pay her another visit. Fast,neat, and worth the money!!! Thanks so much!!

I love this shop! I'm active duty military so I've been going there for over 2 years now! They're fast and so my daughter and I can get in and out in no time! They also give a military discount and I love that facts that the price comes with the hair included. I live in Hampton and the drive to them is definitely worth it!
