I really wish I could give a negative review as 1 star is more than they deserve. I approached the stylist with a picture, a video, and a detailed verbal description of what I wanted. The stylist took liberties instead, cutting too much length and in a different style. She excused it by saying "well what you wanted would look like a haircut from the 40's". Yeah. I was well aware of that. After reflecting and later realizing that the cut was asymmetrical on either side, I decided I wanted a refund. I spoke with 3 different people and was told by each of them "we'll call you in one day". I never received a call back and it's been at least two weeks. Great job Regis. Buyer beware.

I don't understand all the negatives listed here. I've been going here for almost 8 months now. The ladies here are great, I've yet to see my hair get butchered. They also did an amazing job with my wife's color job. I will keep going here until I have to move.

I'm surprised they have all of these wonderful comments. I don't know how they get customers if they never answer their phone. My daughter called them 5 times and they never answered!! And the two times she went to get her hair coloured came out horrible

Holly did amazing on my hair. She listened so exactly what I wanted and asked questions when I was vague! She took her time and did an amazing job, I will definitely be back!

Amanda did a fabulous job on my hair! I couldn't believe it, still in HAIR SHOCK! I'll never go to anyone else again! Thanks for making me feel beautiful again Amanda!
