All of these ladies can do hair! I know that some people are hesitant about Hair Cuttery or "chain" salons, but it's seriously amazing and reasonably priced. I've never been good at caring for my hair, as it's long and I've got a lot of it. Admittedly, sometimes I'd let it curl til the point it was matted like one big dread (gag). However, Rashida nursed my hair back to health and I've been returning for nearly 3 years. What I love is that they also teach you how to care for your hair and keep it up between visits. You can tell these folks care about what they do!

Failed to honor appointment, let walk-in customers ahead of me. This was my first experience at Hair Cuttery. 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, for which I arrived early and had scheduled the day prior, a staff member became available and checked me in. I informed her I had an appointment and she looked through her schedule book, surprised to see it. She stated they were backed up and took a walk-in customer before me. WOW! For not honoring the appointment and taking walk-in customers over customers who were intentional with scheduling this service Hair Cuttery gets 2 stars. Would have been 1 star, but maybe they're exceptionally good at cutting hair - just not customer service! 😩😧😧

Came here during their Grand Opening promo and got a pretty bad hair cut. The hair stylist seemed rushed and did not seem to care. Usually I go to the Supercuts on Colley but their salon was closed recently because of water damage. So I decided to give this Hair Cuttery another chance. After all, the poor service the last time must have just been because they were rushed during a promotion time period, right? Nope. This time, there was almost no one there and I still got pretty bad service. The stylist, don't remember if it was the same one, didn't seem to care and in fact she seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix one spot of my hair. I guess this Hair Cuttery thinks they are above the "smile back guarantee". I also hope the Supercuts on Colley opens soon because I don't want to have to come back here. I'd rather just drive across town somewhere.

Rashida and the other young ladies are very professional. I love to see when the experienced stylists help the new stylists feel so comfortable. I always have a great experience here.

Absolutely the worst hair buttery location. Do not come here and let this business fail.
