Very friendly staff, prices were made very clear, they made my baby sisters hair look amazing, listened to her checked in with me and made my other sisters hair look equally awsome! I was extremely pleased with the service we recieved.

On June 5 2018 I called at 8pm, I read they closed at 9pm but I wanted to be sure, I asked the girl who answered what time they were open to, she said 9pm, I then asked if there was someone available for shampoo and blow dry and if I can just walk in, she said yes. It took less than 5 minutes, as I am staying at on of the hotels nearby and I told her that too. I was infront of Regis Salon at 8:17pm and the gate was closed but all lights on. I called again and no answer. I walked over to another Salon but, it had closed at 6pm. Called back again to Regis and the same girl answered and she tells me she's on break, I told her I was the person who called earlier and she said she was lunch break and would be back at 8:51pm and that basically they were closed. I was very frustrated and disappointed, I came back and suggeest the Front Office employees of the hotel I am staying at not to send guest over and explained my experience.

The customer relation representatives are friendly and very accommodating. The store is very clean with almost no hair on the floor, which is amazing for a shop serving a plethora of diverse guests in a extremely busy mall. The staffing did seem a bit short tonight, leaving the hairdressers to have to stop cutting hair to serve other guests, making the current and future customers wait longer for their haircut. The employees do not post any credentials at all anywhere in the store, except for the city operating permit, which I find extremely unusual for this type of store where licensing and qualifications matter. Also, there are no posted prices for services provided, leaving the customers guessing. Another down side to this location is that there are very few seats for guests and their family/kids/friends to wait. It seems that most of the available space, other than the salon both area, is occupied by hair care products.

My haircut was not what I asked for. I even showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted. My hair was cut uneven. And I just did not like my first time experience there. I don’t think I will visit again.

I went there last year because I was incredibly bored with my hairstyle and I wanted a haircut. Juan did an excellent job with my hair and he did an excellent job for the few months that I went to him. After Juan left, Naomi did my hair very nicely. They have great hairstylists. There is a stylist that I love here. I have a sensitive scalp, do not like my hair pulled, tugged and snarls raked out, she does a fantastic job. Sovya is great highly recommend her.
