Mixed review here. I checked in ahead of time online, indicating I would like a shampoo, condition, and cut. When I got there, the hairdresser checked the computer, verified my name, and told me it would just be a minute. So far so good. She checked out her last client and asked me to come on back and immediately brought me to the cutting chair. I mentioned that I needed the shampoo and conditioning too that she had just checked the computer to see. Ok, no big deal, sometimes people get distracted and forgetful. She was pleasant, said "Oh! Okay." and brought me to the back for that. As she shampooed amd conditioned, she did not lift my head at all to wash the underside of my head. The hair back there was still dry when she was done. Not impressed. My hair is not easy to work with and always tangles as you comb thru it. When she took me back to the chair she asked her coworker for detangler. She did patiently work detangler through my hair and did not complain about it or to me about the products I might be using, as most hair dressers do, so that was a big plus for her. Then she asks me what I want done today. I tell her I need the back of it cut so that all the dead ends are cut off. This, to me, would probably be a good 3 inches or more as my hair is fairly broken and uneven. She proceeded to just cut barely a half inch off the longest stragglers of hair, pulls off the apron and proclaims me done. Okay... at this point I'm not gonna argue, but if your business is hair, dont you think you would look over this client's hair and see how much might actually need to be taken off, rather than just do the minimum amount of work necessary??? I still tipped her pretty good cuz I was impressed by the patience when she was combing thru, but I wont go back here again.
