Any barber or stylist is different, I'm not always 100% happy but I take into consideration choosing the first available barber vice a preferred one and that I could always communicate better. It's a franchise, but its not like a McDonald's where a Big Mac is a Big Mac everywhere, you just have to feel the stylists out and be specific with what you want. I would not define the whole place based on any one experience with an employee there but I have never had nor seen unpleasant customer service.

Wish I could give no stars, but close enough. There was only one lady working. She seemed a bit frazzled. She had 2 customers, and she didn't seem pleased to see two more. She asked what we wanted, then proceeded to do as she pleased. I know that I don't have the easiest hair, but I do pay extremely well for people that do have to deal with it. Will never be going back to that place. I will stick to NEX or MCX from now on.

Very bad customer service. My 9 year old kept slipping down in the seat and it was really bothering the stupid woman cutting his hair. She is really lucky I am not taking it any further than a bad review!
