I now have ORANGE hair!!! I went in for a cut and color and came out with orange hair! I returned the next morning and another stylist who was clearly annoyed to have to correct the issue put a temporary rinse on my hair which lasted for only one wash. I will never return to this location!! they can’t keep stylist!! The two preceding stylist I have used at this location both left without any advance warning and didn’t bother to put in the computer what color they were using on me . This salon is very unprofessional!!!

Terrible experience. I have never had that bad hair cut before. Also they have to improve their English skills for better communication.

I love this location! Laverne is amazing not just with styling your hair...but just with conversations...beauticians know that its not just about the beauty on the outside beauty on the inside. Laverne always gives an encouraging word and makes you feel Fabulous at the same time...thank you Laverne and the ladies of Crossways Haircuttery!

We booked an appointment for the next day with Dee, the salon specialist. The following day when we arrived for the appointment we were told that Dee wasn't there and we would have to wait. When I inquired about why she wasn't there I was told that "she must not have checked her book". Furthermore, the stylist told us that going forward we should call to make sure she checked her book and would be there. I let her know we would be going somewhere else because I shouldn't have to do Dee's job for her. Nobody does my job for me, let alone my customers.
