I came in for just a trim in the back of my hair, just to make it a tad bit more sleek and manageable and to get the little strip of highlights in the front redone where my hair had grown out. It's literally just six small strips in the front and looked pretty nice as they were red with some blonde. It was a nice, sort of fire colored gradient to my natural black. The stylist didn't listen to me ONCE even though I explained over and over precisely what I wanted. When she was done I ended up with awful patchy hot pink and purple ALL OVER MY HEAD. Then...again, after explaining that I just wanted the back trimmed, she actually lopped off my hair all around! She weed whacked the front part that I had said I wanted left alone! So now I have this hideous, half long/half short choppy Lisa Frank colored nightmare. And the worst part was she told me one price for the color then charged me more for it! So, $100 later I have to go elsewhere and get this mess fixed...before I have to go back to work on Monday. I absolutely cannot go to my job like this. So,in conclusion, just avoid this location completely.
