Eric butchered my 2 year old sons hair. He DESTROYED it! My son had long beautiful hair and he now looks absolutely terrible. There’s like nothing left!!!! My son barely moved, and it was hard to see until I got home just how much hair was actually cut. How do you get a stacked helmet cut from these photographs? I just wanted his hair trimmed and even.... I’m furious I can even describe how upset I am, I will NEVER go back here or any other Great Clips for my children. Now I understand why people do not go to places like this but as a desperate mom with three kids, a 4 week old baby, and help just for the weekend I took the risk, brought a photograph, and went... yep! Never again..... all I wanted was a TRIM for my son - he should have just shaved him!!!! Had I seen how God awful this really was while there i wouldn’t have paid for it! I posted lovely photographs of what I showed Eric and what my son looks like now .... gosh it looks like a helmet!!! NEVER again!!!! His beautiful hair is GONE. And this is a terrible cut regardless... I could have done a better job I think.

My husband took my son to get his hair cut today and honestly not only did he come back looking like the handsomest little boy, I am so impressed that they took the time to be patient with him. My son is 3 and has some sensory issues so he doesn't like his hair being touched let alone getting it cut. From what my hubby told me, the woman who did our son's haircut was patient and kind to my little boy who is usually pretty timid. Thank you for giving him a positive experience and a great cut, he came home with a smile ear to ear because he loved getting his hair cut today. We will be back soon :)

The store appeared clean and well-appointed. I was greeted quickly and did not have to wait long for a chair. That's basically where things went downhill. I gave the stylist a broad-stroke idea of what I wanted (undercut, leave the length on top, bring the sides and back in tight, but tapered.) He asked if I just wanted it scissor cut on the sides/back and I specifically told him, no, I wanted it tighter than that, as I prefer 6-8 weeks between cuts. He used clippers, but only to cut it to a scissor-cut length. The side that I sweep the top towards, he clearly didn't TRY to do well, even saying "This side will be covered, so doesn't need to be perfect." Needless to say, I lost all confidence in his craftsmanship at that point. I chose Great Clips because of a radio ad which I thought said $5.99 for a haircut, though that could have been fora specific location, so was a little taken aback at the $15 price tag when I was rung up. This was my first visit to a Great Clips, and I chose this location based on positive reviews. Based on my experience, however, I'm highly unlikely to return to this location, and possibly not to any other, if this is the quality to be expected.
