I’ve gone here each time I’ve gotten a haircut since I moved to the VB area and have gotten someone different every time... but never have I been disappointed. Everyone is very knowledgeable about hair and very experienced. For someone with a tight budget like me, I’ll never stop coming back!

If I could give NO stars, I would! Joanna is horrible. I went in for a body wave... less than 2 months later, my hair is pin straight. I went back to talk to her. With no hesitation, she says; “you know we have to charge you again”... umm nope! “When do you want to do it?” Never! Your customer service skills are horrible and obviously so are your hair styling skills. Save your money and time!!!!

Always love the way Adanus makes me look and feel after coming in to see her. The salon is very warm and inviting!! And I always get an explanation of what I am trying to get done (if it can be done or not). I have been coming here for more than 10 years (even after moving to Chesapeake Greenbrier Mall area) and have ever had an issues with anyone. Love my salon family!

My hair stylist Joanna Morgan is amazing. I have been coming to her for 5 years now and wouldn't go to anyone else. She is very professional and defiantly knows what she is doing.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this place was unprofessional and amaturish enough for me to do so. I walked into regis (on my birthday weekend) and asked for a black to gray ombre. They are VERY misleading at this salon. I explicitly asked if it was going to take more than one session. I have dark brown hair with highlights. One of the stylists said “no” but my stylist said “yes”....AFTER she put bleach in my hair. After a few hours and $200, I left the salon with green/gold/gray hair... I was highly upset. And then I was told that they could just do another session for another $45...when I said that was steep they lowered their price to $22. The whole point was to get it done in one session, why am I paying you at all to fix your mistake? I called the manager a week later to try to get at least some of my money back and bottom line, they said no. Her excuse was “your supposed to talk to your stylist, not another stylist”...Am I to assume that some of your are incompetent in your knowledge of hair?? Then she proceeded to say, verbatim, “alright, thank you buh-bye” and hung up! I couldn’t even get a word out...and this was the MANAGER that I spoke to. Regis is rude, unprofessional, and insipid. If you want to spend more money for “hair cuttery” quality, this is the place to go. :)
