Great customer service, great quality braids, very affordable. The owner is such a sweet lady. This shop is not 24 hours, Google says it's 24 hours, it's not. lol

2 weeks ago I decided to come here for faux locs. i was told that they'd last 2-3 months and was charged $250 for mid-back length locs. Within the first 3 days, 5 locs had come loose and the ends were extremely frizzy due to her both burning the locs and dipping the ends (they were getting caught on to and pulled by each other) she accused me of tampering with the root of the hair and claimed it was my fault they came loose even though the hair was falling apart mid-shaft, not at the root. she fixed the locs and redid the ends but within another week they began coming apart again and when I returned I was told she was not going to fix it again. $250 wasted on a style that didn't even last a month and I will not be returning. Coming from a stylist herself, save your money and go to someone who accepts their mistakes and respects their clients.

She braids soooo good! I got my hair done over the summer and even went back to get my edges redone before I left. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in Norfolk. Excellent work for a good price!
