I have been to this shop twice now. I paid $250 for box braids down to my waist. They had two people on my head the entire time and I was out within 4 hours total. I will go back in the future.

My mom and I went today; I got the faux locs installed while she not the goddess braids into a bun. Great quality work, the ladies were friendly as always. I often go here when I’m in the area and will continue to do so. Wonderful service!!

Yooo they were the worst. They took a food break out of no where to go eat at the back collectively without evening telling me so I'm just sitting there like what's going on?Then the lady whose doing my hair comes back with her hands smelling like the food to go touch my hair. And when I ask her can she wash her hands more so it doesn't smell like her food, she goes and puts on lotion , so who knows what food particles she still had on there To add to that I tried explaining to her that I wanted box parting but with kinky twist and bring to her attention that the first small row of braids she did wasn't going to line up with the parting I wanted. When she realized he had to lose out 3 braids she got real annoyed and just kept staring at my hair and then called her mom and walked away and started working on someone else's hair. And brung her charge over to that client and whole time mean mugging me like I was the problem,.You would think the mom would come and ask me what I wanted ... Noooo the moms in a chair eating grapes talking on the phone for 5 minutes , until I got fed up, so you know what I packed up my things and left! They tried to charge me 120 to do only the top of my head when everything else is braiding I went to another salon and they charge me 60 , just to show you how small the section was. ABSOLUTELY no idea of customer service or even willingness to listen and try to suit the customer .. awefull not going back ever!
