The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because this salon is literally twice as expensive as my old salon. Otherwise I loved the experience, and was incredibly surprised by how well they dealt with my curly hair! Very cool interior, all of the stylists were nice. I loved my stylist, Maddie, she was so sweet and very informative. She gave me a great haircut and I'm super excited to go back for highlights.

I had such a great experience at Parlor salon with my stylist Erin. She took the time to listen to my new ideas AND my hair history. She helped me come up with a game plan for my color and cut, and I LOVED the result! Highly recommended! She is truly up to date on the latest and greatest when it comes to hair education.

Really overpriced and my hair looks the same as it did before I came in. I wanted to lighten up my hair and blend my roots in with my ends. They charged me $280 and the before and after pictures literally look exactly the same. I worked with Lindsey, who I followed on social media and liked the hair transformations she did. I emailed her asking how much it would cost, and she told me around $180. After she worked on my hair for a couple hours, she told me that she had accidentally used a toner that was too dark, so it might not look the way I'd hoped. She said to email her after a few washes if it still didn't look different and she would have me back in, free of charge. After a couple weeks, my hair didn't look any different and I emailed her a few times to set up an appointment, but she never responded to me. Really disappointing especially as I'm a broke student and didn't really have $300 dollars to waste.
