I went to get my braids taken out...the owner was asked nicely by me not to cut my hair...unfortunately after getting to my hair dresser...she cut 4 inches of my hair....

I made an appointment for 10 am when I got there the shop was filled with customers about an hour later Rica called me and told me she didn't know the salon was so busy if I can come back in two hour. I told her I would wait . I sat for two hour and nobody said anything to me so I sent her a text message saying I was very disappointed. She then sent one of her workers to me saying she' will take off $10.00 and the worker told me that she will tend to me after finishing the person hair she was working on she n another worker. When she finally started my hair only one person did them so I was there until after 9 pm that night. The workers are very unprofessional and so is there boss. They will be on their phone all day while clients were in the salon. I wouldn't recommend them to no one. I wasn't even satisfied with the out come of my hair. It could have been better. Not up to now Rica had the decency to apologize for inconveniencing me.

Horrible customer service! I was completely dissatisfied with the style I asked for and she was unwilling to work something out with me. The owner was rude and short with me since she had my money. You could see a MAJORITY of my cornrows when they should have been hidden. Do not got here!
