Aida does excellent work. Been going to this salon since 2008. No complaints what so ever

I called and asked for fishtails, I was told by the manager lady that was fine... I came to the shop, with my hair washed and combed (when I sweat my hair knots up and it's no fun...) I came with my hair out and waited an hour. When I got in the chair she said she can't do the fishtails and suggested something else... I said okay... She said she couldn't comb it and told me "go to the Latinos..."

Worst experience ever. Trash. Yall braiding trash. 5 days later hair look like crap. Don't go yall. I was told my big twist would last a month which was fine with me for $200 but it's been 5 days and it looks like my hair has been braided for 1-2 months. They are doing nothing about it. The girl used some silky pony hair on my already soft hair so hair bushy already and I tie it down every night. I wish I could give zero stars. FIVE days and $200 is ridiculous. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE.
