I’ve only been here twice but I feel $15 just for shaving my head with a half #, no style just a simple buzz cut is a fair bit pricey. My second trip there I come home with patches of hair that have not been cut on the back of my head. Staff is friendly but I trust them to cut my hair fully!! Its embarrassing to walk around with a unfinished haircut! I probably won’t be coming back...

I was extremely happy with the customer service and friendliness that I experienced at the Glen Allen Supercuts while I was in the area for work. I decided last minute I was going to get a major hair cut. So I stopped in and was so glad I did. I had the pleasure of having Beth cut my hair, she cut it way better then photo I took. She listened to me and how my natural curly hair acts and cut my hair to control it in a very stylish and young cut. I have gotten nothing but compliments from everyone about the cut. I only wish I didn't live 3 1/2 hr s away or Beth would be my new stylist for sure. I will stop in for a trim if I am in the area again for training.

I went in with a coupon. I was sold expired hair care products. Noticed that the hair cutter I had didn't clean the station and instruments between customers. I also picked up a scalp infection. Just be careful. The coupon is a life.

Walked in and the woman was on the phone, she lazily motions me over and starts cutting didn't ask me a single thing. She then proceeds to spend all of 5 minutes cutting my hair and says that will be $15... Never in my life have I received such ridiculous service. Never going back
