I would give 5 stars if I had the third station from the front desk again. I think her name was savanna. I had the lady next to her at desk 4. She didn’t listen to what I had to say. I asked for a trim. I wanted my dead ends trimmed and a few layers. She said she would only have to cut the tips about a 1/8 of an inch not much. She washed my hair cut it all the same length and then parted it. I had to part it where I always part it for her and when I got up there was a lot of hair off. Mind you my hair rested at the top of my chest now it is just right past my shoulders. Not layered all the same across and I am trying to grow it out for my wedding in August. She cut almost two inches off. I almost wanted to cry when I got back home. I will not be going back for a while. How hard is it to trim? She butchered my hair I feel. 😢😢

This location is great! Kim cut my hair, and did a great job. I have long, straight and fine hair, and typically keep it slightly tapered towards the front. I am extremely happy with the cut, and will return for future haircuts.

after signing in at the digital kiosk, I had a fairly short wait to my haircut despite the place being relatively busy, which is always a bonus. my stylist was VERY friendly! she did a lovely job on my hair and I enjoyed myself so much that I hardly noticed her cut my hair lol (she did, don't worry)! definitely coming here again, thank you!

They are awful! I just spent about 10 mins trying to figure out how to sign in bc no one bother to try to speak to me or help me! Even just stood there at one point and said to my child that I wasn't sure of what i was doing, making sure I said it loud enough for any one of the THREE employees there to hear me. Then I finally get signed in for me and my daughter. Then a name shows up AFTER ours. Mind you as soon as that lady walked in she was greeted and was signed in by a stylist. Then a stylist opens up and the other lady is taken first. Mind you yes she may have had am appointment where as I was a walk in but at the very least they could have spoken to me! I will NEVER go there again! And trust I will make sure everyone knows just how awful they Are!
