Loved Jessica!! She's great at what she does! Spray Tans, Hair Cuts, Color, whatever you need she can do it! Women's, men's, she's great! So happy with my hair!! Ask for Jessica, she's amazing!!

It's been my first time to Karina's and I am truly happy with my experience from walking through their door. I took a few photo's to show Toni the Ombre I was looking for. I walked IN the door with brassy hair, and a lot of regrowth. I walked out with supermodel (Gisele Bundchen) hair. My new hair color is also beautiful and shiny. My husband loves it. :)

This salon has been in business for many years, and I think the owner and the staff are extremely complacent. The customer service and the atmosphere here are atrocious. When I came in, three women were busy at the front desk, and not one of them even acknowledged me. I stood there for a while and finally had to ask for attention, and it was like "what? do you want something?" Then I had to wait for Charles for a very long time and watch him shmooze a client even though he was done with her hair. I don't think anyone told him his next appointment has arrived. Meanwhile, the atmosphere was like that of a family reunion or a barbershop - the women were literally passing around a baby right in the middle of the reception area. It was so much of a "family", that I kind of felt like I was interrupting their party. There were a lot of people just loitering around. While Charles cut my hair, he had two people watching me without asking if it was OK with me. I thought two was a bit too much, it made me uncomfortable. One would've been enough. The haircut was clean but lazy - not much was cut off - and the shape was not what I asked. I wanted it to be lighter near the bottom because my hair is not straight, but instead I got a square cut with heavy bottom. When I pointed this out and said that I needed it to be lighter because I wouldn't be able to straighten my hair the same way every day, Charles got offended, said that the haircut is perfect and "of course you can!" He's complacent like so many of the expensive stylists - he thinks he knows what you need better than you do. I felt like I wasted 70 dollars.
