Came in right before closing, and they stayed late to cut my hair. Great cut, and incredibly nice people. Since it was our first time in Richmond, they also gave us ideas on the best food, and where to go for dinner. I would highly recommend.

On Thursday I took my son and daughter to get a haircut. They got my son done (the girl cutting his hair had to answer the phone too so it was a long hair cut) Somehow they erased my daughter out of the system, so they said it would be another 30 min before they could get to her. I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait so they suggested an appointment. I made an appointment for her and for her sister for Saturday at 4 o'clock. We arrive promptly at 4 o'clock. We waited for 30 minutes and we're pretty much ignored. We gave up and left. I won't go back or recommend. The sad part is I think it is a staffing issue. I've been to several Hair Cuttery's that were way busier and the staff was efficient and gave people good service. Both times I was at this location the staff seemed sluggish except for the lady that cut my sons hair. She was nice but overwhelmed. No idea why she was only one answering the phone.

Just left hair cuttery and couldn’t be happier. We have a 2 yr old who needed a haircut, the hair stylist, I believe her name was Cien. She did a great job. She was patient and helped our son get thru it with very little crying. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. One of best places in Richmond to get a haircut. Thanks Hair Cuttery!

I love this store and especially my stylist Moni. She is amazing! In fact in the time that I have been going to her (over two years) my whole family has jumped on the Moni wagon, including my mom. My son, who is in college in The Tidewater area comes home just to have her cut his hair. Highly recommend!!!!
