I have used this place because it is close by. Probably been there 30 plus times with my boys. After the last bad hair cut from them I will not go again. This is my first online review ever.

I've been going to this salon for a little over a year now. I was undergoing Chemo for Cancer and was at the point where I thought I was ready to have my head shaved because of my hair loss from the Chemo. When I told the stylist to go ahead and give me a "feminine buzz cut", she must have been able to tell from my demeanor that I wasn't really ready to take that step. She (Leland) told me she wanted to hold off on shaving it. She gave me a very cute cut (considering what she had to work with and it wasn't much). I left with a smile on my face. And, believe me, when one is going through Chemo, smiling is not something one does very often. On June 1 of last year, I completed my Chemo and was ready to go in for my "feminine buzz cut". Leland was no longer working at this salon and I was referred to Meghan. She gave me a really cute "feminine buzz cut" that I absolutely LOVED. And, the compliments I received from my friends and family told me she had done a great job. It's been a little over a year now. My hair has grown back and Meghan is still giving me a modified form of the cut she gave me on June 1st of last year. She was caring, compassionate, and respectful as was everyone in the salon. She is the only one I will let cut my hair now. Thanks, Great Clips for hiring such compassionate employees. Susan King William, VA

Want a bad cut this the place, I asked for trim and she cut it and uneven on top of that . My last trip in that shop

HAD TO GO IN TWICE. Very upset with this haircut I got by this lady. I don't know her name but she had no comprehension of what I wanted. The hair record has always said what my hair was suppose to be, and every time I've came here they followed it and asked many questions as they cut. She asked no questions and just cut away and did not even trim the top of my hair or bangs. I had to go back in to get that done which ended up being cut way too short. Walked in with probably 3-4 inches of hair, not wanting it too short so I could still style it, and walked out with maybe one inch at the top, and it is impossible to style since the follicle is so close to my head. She was extremely rough with the electric shaver on my neck, and forgot to do my left side burn. She was extremely inpatient and did not seem to care about how it looked and seem to want to do her own thing. I don't know if I need to not come back or just get one of the better barbers to do my hair at this point. I think I am going to have to wait for my hair to grow back sadly, perfect time too, prom is in 2 weeks kmn.

I get my hair trimmed every few weeks or so and get someone different each time. Each time the cuts are pretty good for the price. This time I had Rebecca (ask for her). She pointed out some things that could have been done differently by my previous stylist and took the time to correct everything and give me a cut that I am very happy with. 10/10 recommend.
