Woman refused to blow dry and style my hair after cut. The cut was alright, but I wanted to see how the cut would look after styling. She told me "it would cost too much for me to style it". Really? At my age, I've had hundreds of haircuts in my lifetime, I know what it costs and clearly money was not the issue or I wouldn't have asked. She embarrassed me in front of my husband, indicating by her refusal it was beyond our means and that was unacceptable. We are both senior tech industry professionals living in a higher end tech community a few blocks from the salon. She missed an opportunity for the salon to gain a new local customer who is new to the area. Will try one of the four other salons in our neighborhood next time

Don't go here! I don't know if it's my age, my weight, or my race, but I've gone here twice and both times have come away with terrible cuts. Evidently when I say, "I'd like to keep the length, it just needs to be shaped & cleaned up a little." they hear, "cut it all off". The first time I was there the scissors were dull and pulled with each snip, as were her clippers. This time a different 'stylist' smashed the comb into my head, shoved my head around like a football and had zero customer interaction skills. She zipped through the process like she was shearing sheep but I wouldn't trust her with any sheep on Earth. I've gone to other Supercuts in other cities and haven't ever had this terrible kind of experiences. Don't go here! Don't ever go here!

I hate to say it but worst haircut of my life. I'm not very picky and I went here because I'm trying to budget and the Supercuts in Bellingham has always left me satisfied. In Ballard, the woman barely listened to what I said. The left side was cut about an inch shorter than the right side and I had to basically instruct the woman on what hairstylists usually do to make them even. Would've been better off cutting it myself. Not worth saving the money, never coming back. Would not recommend to a friend.

Completely horrified. Not only was my haircut abysmal but the lady who cut and washed my hair left the shampoo in my hair until it burned my scalp. My beautiful thick hair has literally been falling out since then and my heart is broken. I can't believe someone like that is allowed a job taking care of people's hair. Researching my legal options.

One of the best haircut I have ever got since I moved to Seattle. She is the best.
