This is our go to hair salon! We used to live in the city and have since moved out to Mill Creek and we still go here. Staff has stayed consistent over the past two years and always do a great job.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I have short hair and my request was basically give it a trim plus some layering. The stylist did cut it shorter, but instead of giving the ends a sloping cut, he cropped it straight horizontally. The ends of my hair wouldn't lie flat now, so my hair looks like a poorly shaped bob. It also didn't help that the stylist was sulky and seems like he really hated his job. It is $19.50 for a haircut, yes, but if you really need a cheap haircut, convincing a family member or a friend to cut it for you might work too. Look elsewhere if you want professional service (and pay a bit more).

I just left this location after asking for a style and adjustment of a haircut gone wrong. Everyone was quick, not interested, and even when I called the stylist who answered said "hello?" I had thought I called the wrong number so I asked if it was the right place they responded with "yes." (Cue in awkward silence.) Not sure I'll ever consider this location for a hair cut.

Horrible place-the people there seem completely uninterested in you as customer, even though the salon was empty they took their sweet time to attend to the reception desk.
