Best. Haircut. Ever. Jenny did the most amazing job. I’ve been getting $60 haircuts at the best salons for 11 years and have always walked away with tears in my eyes. After seeing my sister come home with the most perfect cut every time I decided to drive extra far for a cheaper haircut that turned out to be my FAVORITE haircut. I’ve never felt so happy leaving a salon. Jenny just GETS IT. She knows her hair and she knows how to cut it. It’s not choppy, it’s SO EVEN, she takes her time, she’s friendly, she gives her opinion and you don’t even have to go into detail about what you want because she just understands. Give it a shot! You definitely won’t regret it.

The worst haircut experience in my entire life: 1. There were only two hair stylists there on a Saturday. The sign outside said "walk-ins welcome" but I ended up having to wait 90 minutes. (Other customers came in, heard about the waiting time, and left.) 2. The TV in the lobby was set to "Special Victims Unit." Kind of hard to read a book and wait with all the chatter about pedophiles and rapists in the background. (There was no TV remote to change the channel.) 3. There was an unsecured tangle of wires (surge protector and various appliances) near the chair when it was finally my turn. Had to keep my feet up the entire time to avoid accidentally unplugging everything while the stylist rotated the chair around. 4. The stylist (Hoang, who got her license just 5 months ago) repeatedly grabbed my ear when she wanted to rotate my head, and at one point stuck her finger all the way down my ear. I consider myself an open-minded guy who says "yes" to life, but I'm not a Ferengi and I don't really enjoy my ears penetrated, at least not without discussing it first. To summarize: if you have a couple of hours to kill and want to catch up on your pedophile-themed TV shows, followed by a surprise non-consensual penetration of a random orifice, go to the Holiday Hair Salon! :) Otherwise, steer clear.

Came in with a Groupon worst mistake of my life. Wanted roots to match the rest of my hair and came out with gray silverish blue color hair on the top of my head and blonde ends and was so uneven and horrible! I left in a panic and anxiety scheduled an immediate color correction ELSE WHERE. I did not leave my haouse untill that appointment I hated my hair so much it brought me to tears. I was so glad when I got it fixed because it was so jacked I didn't think it would be possible. Truly go to a professional that knows what they are doing or you'll end up going through what I went through.

This place wasn't horrible. But thought I would try it out for a good price on Groupon... Not what I'm use to. I had an appt and still waited 40 min. My hair is turned out with a very yellow tint. They didn't use toner just purple shampoo to pull the blonde. Didn't have them style it. Just left went home put toner in it. Thank god I saved my hair from being orange/yellow. Also if you are looking for a clean salon this place isn't it. They washed me hair in a dirty sink right after washing out another women's hair. When we walked over to the chair to blow dry she had to clear off the chair that had someone else used towels before I could sit down.
