I have a small bump on my head(occipital bun). The lady here use clippers only. She had no idea how to handle my hair on my occipital bun, to make my hairs on the same level outside. And for the sideburns, they are really honest on it. Not a single hair under that line. and no shampoo. I do believe sheep shearer and hair stylist are two different jobs. The difference is more than a hair clipper.

0 star if I could. The woman there has no idea about cutting hair. All she can do is going through your hair with the electric cutter. You can do it better at home. Bad service as well. AVOID this place!

Worst customer service ever! All I wanted to do was exchange a shampoo and conditioner set. Was told I couldn’t I would have to return it. 30 minutes later they still can’t figure out how to return the money on to my card and they want to give me $10 less than what I actually paid.

Awful experience. Seems like new ownership. Not customer service friendly.
