Chroma downtown is the best salon in Seattle hands down. The staff is extremely professional and their stylists’ talent is unmatched anywhere in the city. The customer service is phenomenal and they treat their clients with the utmost respect and fairness. Go see Tessa if you want to love your hair as much as I love mine, or see any one of their stylists for an amazing style that you will love. This salon will not disappoint you!!!

I’ve been going to chroma salon for years! Everytime I’m there my hair turns out amazing and same goes for the people in the chairs next to me!! Everyone is so professional and talented!! I recently got a facial and Apple is my girl!! She made my skin so hydrated I felt like a new me!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Easily the worst haircut of my life. The stylist didn't blend the layers so I look like a shaggy mess. I wear my hair natural on a regular basis and appreciate haircuts that compliment my natural waves and curves and instead I look like a child that took scissors to my head. I shouldn't have to put extra work into styling my hair a particular way because a hairdresser can't blend layers

Wonderful experience! The downtown location is beautiful and the team was so nice. My haircut was perfect!

I received THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE by MONICA. When I said she was cutting it too short, she not only argued with me but kept hacking away until it looked like a too short. The HAIRCUT FROM HELL looks nothing like the style I went in with or expected to leave with, and because it is far too short
