You have a choice as a customer to choose which cosmetologist you want to do your hair. Ranging from fresh and new, to 30 years of experience. Trish was the best for me. She gave me a beautiful transformation. that I have recieve so many compliments.

I love ❤️ this place, have sent many of my fiends through the years. Being a license cosmetologist myself , I know we are all can be very picky as a client. Everyone so nice , classy joint. Trish does an excellent job ( color, cut etc) and knows her stuff. I have gone to others if she is away but not as completely satisfied.

Went here for years throughout high school and now in my mid 20s went back -was scheduled last minute for an all over color with the stylist who used to do my hair in high school “Monica”, which I was thrilled cause she did a fabulous job on my hair then. She walked by twice without really acknowledging me, and then didn’t get me into the chair until 21-25mins after the appointment was originally set for and didn’t really seem happy. I showed her multiple pictures and she said no that wouldn’t really work for the time frame (since I was scheduled for an all over color) and then I simply suggested well let’s just do a dark brown all over color and she said no, that with the current timeframe now- it was limited , and why do it if I really didn’t want that and I said “I currently do not like my hair and would be happy with an all-over color at this point” (which was the original appointment set )and she told me no. She suggested a “Gloss” (which is absolutely ridiculous is a waste of time and money) And made it real clear she didn’t want to do my hair. I understand it’s the holidays and I am super grateful they attempted to get me scheduled in , but I felt as though she did not want to do my hair at all and just felt as if I was a burden. It is outrageous I was called to come in, she knew what I wanted done , after waiting rougly 25mins in the reception area - I am told no. Extremely disappointed with this service since London House is a well known salon for a great customer service. I understand that she didn’t have time for what I suggested first, however I gave her the original option and she made it apparent she did not want to be there nor do hair and was not kind at all. I am very upset and extremely disappointed, I walked out in tears, and I just feel your company needs to be aware of this because your company prides themselves on customer service in all beauty services offered. I have never left London house feeling so upset in my experiences there. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, very warm and welcoming.

Been coming here for years and I absolutely love it. Small, intimate, warm, friendly place. Happy hair designers worth their weight in gold and several have been there upwards of 10 years. The best.
