First visit was excellent, the gentleman listened to what my wants and needs were and met them for the most part. He knew I was a first time visitor that wanted plump lips but it seemed he didn’t want to scare me so he gave me one vile of juvederm. Looking back, I knew I wanted more so I could have used another half or full vile. My lips are very small! Second visit was a short 3 months later as I knew I wasn’t happy with the size quite yet. I knew my body may metabolize the filler soon enough given it was my first visit. So this time I shared my wants and desires again but emphasized I wanted them bigger than last time because they were still quite small. This time it was a woman, and she only gave me half a vile and said “I don’t want to give you duck lips.” Understandable, as I am sure they want their work to suit their clients. But half a vile didn’t even give me the size I had back from my first visit. If I am making it very clear I want bigger, please give me bigger. Again, keep in mind I have very small and uneven lips and since a vile really did not do much for me on the first visit, HALF a vile will do next to nothing for me personally. Because of these two visits not giving me what I wanted, I have tried calling a number of times to rebook and get more filler. The numerous times I have called there has been an answer twice but by someone that doesn’t have the information I am looking for. So, they rarely answer the phone on top of one of the people not listening to what the customer wants. They say there’s a struggle with answering the phone due to everyone being busy so maybe hiring a receptionist would be a good idea. There used to be a voicemail to leave your information but when I called yesterday there wasn’t.
