Friendly, attentive staff that listen to your needs. Good location. Decent prices for Madison.

It's a bit pricey but it's SO worth it. Everyone on the staff that I met was amazingly kind and Dianna (the owner) fixed a bothched haircut I had and I learned so much and it was just amazing. Totally worth it. Totally recommend.

Jessica is fantastic! I have a wiggly & squirmy 3 year old and she is so good with him. She never rushes and always makes sure he looks great before he gets down. We wont take him anywhere else!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! The salon owner, Dianna Wachter, is very rude to new customers. I had an appointment set up with Jessica for a coloring. A few days prior to the appointment I sent a couple pictures to the salon’s email address to show Jessica what I had in mind and asked if she thought it would work out with my hair. Next thing I know, I get an email back from Dianna saying that they had cancelled my appointment. I called Dianna and said I didn’t want to cancel the appointment, that if Jessica didn’t think the coloring in the picture would work for me that we could try whatever she thought would be best. Dianna said that I was over the top asking for Jessica’s personal email address WHICH WASN’T TRUE – I asked for AN email address and sent the pictures to the salon email. Dianna told me I was expecting too much from Jessica and that they refused to work with me. I couldn’t believe it! I have sent pictures to stylists many times and they usually thank me for doing so. IMO, rather than admit that they didn’t know how to do Ombre coloring, they treated me terribly and made me out to sound like I did something wrong. I was in the salon and I observed most of the clients are very elderly so unless you fit into that category, stay away from this salon. I’m glad I found somewhere else and didn’t let them touch my hair.

JJ is awesome, but overall this place is very nice. Lots of services offered, all the way to spa treatments. Great atmosphere with fun employees. Interior is slightly dated, but clean and well kept.
