Most of the people in this place do a terrible job at hair cuts. I had asked for a simple style that would be easy to do and look good before I would have to leave for work. Yes I care about my image and how I look. When I walk into this place greeted by some nice ladies and nice staff and service and I’m starting to think I should get my hair cut here more often. However by the time I wake up for work the next morning it is impossible to style my hair the way I want it. I remember when I went to my old stylist she would for sure try to train the hair in advanced so it wasn’t such a hustle to do in the morning. But with cost cutters they do the trim and you are usually left with styling. If you can imagine I had no idea what to do for the first week so I read blogs and watched YouTube videos on how to get the style I wanted. All in all. I work at 7 but have to get up by around 5 ish if I want to even get close to the way I want it. (I know a lot will think “well that’s just not how your hair wants to go” but let me correct you by saying that me and father have a lot of similarities and one of them is our hair and he was able to get this style down within a few days or weeks. With me, it’s been almost 9 months and still no sign of my hair ever getting to the style I want) would never go to cost cutters again for a haircut again

Liked getting my haircut here in the past...but lately I've had two bad occasions when I came in. First was when I came in for a haircut 2-3 months ago and the lady that was cutting my hair her boyfriend or brother came in arguing with her about money, their car and etc. Second time was about a month ago when I made an appointment 2 days before I came in and still had to wait 30-45 mins before I was called. I'm not going to come to this location anymore...

If you have curly hair, don't go here. They did fine on my straight hair but completely messed up my daughters beautiful curls. I have never seen my daughter sad about the way she looks until now, and I had to pay for it. She had long hair to her butt when straight, it now curls to her chin and looks like a mullet. I asked for a TRIM. She tried to layer it really weird.... She has been crying for a week. Its so short i can't even put it in a low ponytail (which she needs to put on her helmet for horse back riding). I am sooooo sad i took her here =( i can't even fix it because it was chopped all off and will likely take forever to grow back

I should have listened to my inner voice telling me to leave. Apparently there is a new girl there, although they didn't tell me this up front. I wanted an inch trim and thinning out. She kept asking me how I wanted it cut. I should have left. Horrible experience that I will have to wait for a month for my hair to grow out. About 3 inches cut off and no thinning. I am horribly disappointed with this place.
