I'm not easy to deal with on cutting my hair. I have someone I go to and don't trust anyone else. I was in a time crunch and needed a haircut today and my boys haircut done too. I was very nervous and really didn't trust anyone doing it correctly at this salon. Well, Rachel knocked it out of the park. My son hair is difficult to cut and she did a awesome job on his too! Don't know the lady name that did my other son hair but she took her time and did a great job. Thanks

We had an awful experience here recently with the attitude/behavior of a stylist. Called the owner phone number on the wall immediately, he said district manager would contact us and that never happened. Would not recommend, especially not for children.

I've been going here for years, and my experience has been mostly good. There are two things that, I think, detract from any economy hair salon: (1) high rate of turnover, so even if you find someone you particularly like, chances are they won't be there long enough for you to really benefit from having them regularly service you; and (2) lots of stylists that smoke — in a service sector that involves being up in people's personal space, I count smoking during business hours as a lack of professionalism.
