I’ve been here twice. One girl had me stand to cut my hair because it was “easier” because my hair was long and draped over the back of the chair and she wanted to “make sure it was even”..... it was so unprofessional, she cut more than i wanted, and it was still uneven. I’ve had better/ more professional haircuts when I’ve volunteered to have my haircut by people to get certified.

It would have been nice if they told us or advertise on line that they are closed. We checked online and didn’t mentioned anything about being close. In fact, stated that we have to wait 0 minutes. We got there, staff told us they are closing because of Christmas Eve. It would have been nice if they have said something when I was checking online.

I was worried about coming to this location because the reviews had so many negative things to say. I walked in and was greeted immediately, signed in, and taken to a station to get my hair cut. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes and my stylist did a wonderful job. I have curly hair, and sometimes people cut it entirely wrong, but I left with the perfect hair cut! I will definitely be coming back here!

Haircut was uneven. All they care about is how fast they can get you in and out.
