My hair cut is very disappointing. I have an appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. This is partially my fault. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted. I tried to reference the other stylistâ€™s hair, but was a bit uncommitted â€“ which was probably confusing for my stylist. I asked to have 1 Â½â€ish taken from my hair. She asked if just below my chin, I said maybe a bit longer. I asked if we could start a little longer and then shorten it. The first cut put my hair at chin level. Much shorter than I was ready for. There was no going back. It was a larger lock and it was right in the front. I asked for my hair to be slightly shorter in the back. It was longer. I asked to her to make it shorter. (Like the other stylist). She did (but it is still longer in the back). She didnâ€™t put any shaping into my hair at all. It is very blunt and not in a good way. I asked for a bit more, but wasnâ€™t articulate enough. Another stylist told her to add texture (thanks you for giving me the words I did not know!). I could tell my stylist was annoyed at this point. She started giving me texture with aggressive snips that made me scared for my ears. She asked how I felt at that point, I said fine. I could tell she was frustrated and I was not willing to risk losing any more hair. I just resolved myself to getting it fixed somewhere else. Overall, not a very pleasant experience. On the plus side, the shop is very clean and nice.

I've been coming into Great Clips at this location for many years. Today was a Great Cut at Great Clips..thanks Sara! I usually would give a 4 star on most visits but today I'm looking good.

Great value. Kind, friendly service. My 2 year old likes the stylist. And I go here for my hair from time to time for a quick cut.

Marie is the only person I will let cut my hair. Sheâ€™s awesome!!! Sheâ€™s very friendly and personable. She takes her time and talks to me while cutting my hair.. Outstanding hairstylist!!! I give her 5 âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸â€˜S just for customer service and her professionalism..
