I had an appointment on Sunday, February 11 at 11:00 and when I arrived at 10:50 the door was locked. I waited 45 min. and still no one was at the salon. I called and left a message and did not receive a phone call back until 1:33. The message left stated the person who was supposed to open the salon did not have a key to open the door. What about other coworkers and clients scheduled for appointments. Completely unacceptable!!! If someone did not have a key than call the manager or another employee scheduled. I will never go to that salon again and I hope this review will discourage others to make an appointment.

Finessed! I was promised 20% off my first haircut and when I got my haircut, I didn't get my 20% off because "the company didn't take the coupons anymore." It was also $27. I usually only pay $20 for a haircut. Never again.

I recently had my hair colored by Samantha Boyd at Regis and the experience was life changing. She was professional, talented, and very enthusiastic to try something new. I will definitely be returning to Samantha at Regis in the near future.
