Solid fairly inexpensive haircut, if you know what you want you can probably get it here. If you are looking for help figuring out what you want then I think you are looking for a stylist. I did have one bad experience here but it was handled so well that I don't really want to go into details. Let's just say an employee was rude enough to me that I felt justified in calling and complaining. I got a call back from the store manager, who was extremely apologetic. She offered to fix my haircut herself if I wanted, refund my haircut, and give me three free haircuts. When I came in for my next haircut she informed the employee had been fired. Now that is going above and beyond in my book. I have been there several times and this was the only negative experience I had and the way it was handled really turned it into a positive.

Brought my 3yr old daughter here , keep in mind this was her first hair cut experience. So, of course, she was excited and nervous, but she handled it with no problem. Walking into the store was not welcoming. No smiles, no professional introduction, not friendly. Alexandra, was cutting my daughters hair, she did a nice job for the cut, but that's it. You think the hair stylist would speak with excitement to a child who's getting their haircut for the first time, right? Nope, complete silence, no smiles, not conversing or showing interest to the fact that this was her first cut. I was the one starting to amp up the conversation by mentioning that picture day was coming up and so on. Had more conversations with her coworker, complains she was cutting a another child hair ( new for cutting) and she was complaining she wanted to tell the parent to do something with your kid or i'm not cutting his hair. I'm in aww, really, you are talking about that in front of my daughter? I was pissed, as well with her other coworker talking about her younger kid beating up each other and should have recorded it. GROSS! HORRIBLE PARENTING, AS WELL. My daughter asked me while walking out of the store why the lady didn't talk to her. HORRIBLE!!!!! NEED TO HAVE WORKERS WHO ARE KID FRIENDLY !! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL! On the other hand, Jo, who is the store manager, was very professional. Spoke with her and had a very positive conversation about this horrible experience. Wrote this review earlier, but wanted to add the only thing that was positive.

Friendly staff, fair prices. I always do walk-in and rarely have much of a wait (even though online registration is recommended).
