What a surprise, unassuming nothing fancy men's salon but always the cut they want. Every stylist has been great. Easy to get in. Superior service. Great price. Hot towel. Shoulder massage. What more could you want. Update - with the loss of our favorite stylist the guys in the family have not been as pleased with their cuts. Unfortunately, they have moved on to another shop.

Been a very regular customer.. but after the poor service today, I don't want to return anytime soon. I didn't leave a tip because it was an extremely uncomfortable and negative process from start to finish, which I had never experienced as a customer here before. Even from the start, my stylist was very cold toward me and made me feel extremely confused and out of place. Regardless of tip... it is extremely unprofessional to finish a transaction with a customer by literally tossing their card down on the desk and walking away without so much as another word. I stood there like an idiot wondering if I was good to go, while the very last thing she said to me was "cash or card?" I couldn't really care less about what the haircut looks like (it's not ideal but that part is my fault). This exchange was enough to put me off from the Barbershop.

We have been going to The Barbershop for a few years now. For the most part, our experiences have been positive. At times, I do have to send my kids back to have them go over their heads again after noticing patches that were missed. This can be aggravating. I also notice a difference between those who have metal guards vs. those with plastic guards. Metal guards always seem to make their cuts look more clean and precise.

My stylist Cassidy has been great! I have been here 4 times now and I wanted to see what the experience was going to be like before reviewing. I have had my haircut twice and each of my sons once. My haircut the last 2 times has been great! The real joy is bringing each of my sons here and they have had a great experience and walk out with a smile on their face! My oldest tried a new style and was done exactly how we wanted it! My youngest son has hair that is a little challenging because of his cowlicks and his haircut was cut the proper way to have it look great! Calling for an appointment is super easy and appointments have been right on time! I will continue coming back!

I've had about half a dozen haircuts here with a different hairdresser every time, they have all done an amazing job. And if you don't think the massage and hot towel will make your day better you are lying to yourself.
