Avoid, you are better off handing you toddler the scissors and save your time and money. Asked for a wash and a small trim left with inches off and choppy layers, it’s taken me years to get my hair healthy again and the stylist here ruined that. Neither the salon or head office have been in contact since bringing it to their attention. Edit*** As requested by the owner in this review, I again contacted the info via email to customer service for a second time and still have not heard anything back. Even customer service was dismissive in saying the owner would be in contact in a timely manner, it’s now been weeks and nothing from anyone***

Arrived as a walk in. I was told I could have an appointment in 30 mins. That was fine. I came back in 20 minutes. My name was up on the customer wait list screen in spot #1. I was next. The hair stylist that booked Me the appt was free and walked up to the counter and skipped me and customer #2 and took customer #3! Not impressed.

Ruined my wife's hair. She asked for a wash and trim. And they thinned it out so much. Uneven spots all over the bottom. She is really unhappy. I'm choked because my wife is so upset. I get a bad hair cut I'll shave it...I'm a guy...so what but a woman? I'm bummed for her. I couldn't even sugar coat it. . Thanks great clips. 0 stars wasn't an option. See you shortly
