I have never given a bad review publicly before but I feel like I have to be honest here. The WORST experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I will never return. This older lady was my stylist and she poked me with her fake nails the entire time, she combed my hair aggressively while also managing to poke my ears with the comb, when shampooing she was pushing down on my neck quite hard. I did not feel comfortable at all. Definitely have a headache. Because of her poor customer service and zero attention to my comfort I will not return, even though the rest of the staff seemed pretty great.

If you’re not going to take appointments, then you should at least be fairly accurate with the wait time. It’s ridiculous to show up for the time quoted only to wait another half hour+. I haven’t even sat down for the haircut yet and I know I’m never coming back. Simply bad business.

Tried booking in online a number of times after opening...line kept telling me unavailable at this salon.. only live 5 mins away..so drove down..was told an hour wait..I asked how, really now.. girl said line was up..lol sure in the heck wasn't when I tried over and over..guess I will be looking elsewhere. Sure customers are a dime a dozen and have always recommended you. Not anymore. And how did the 2 people sittingin chairs get a online appt..must have walked in, since it was just after 8..

Probably one of the worst fades I've ever gotten . On even left roster tail at the back of my head thays 2 inches long when my hair is cut down to zero fade . Told its my head shape thats the reason for it looking uneven when I've never had an issue from any other barbershop or hairdresser. Definitely don't recommend for male fades
