I had never been to a salon before and I was desperate for a fix to my damaged and discoloured balyage. I walked in, had a consultation with Jess, and was booked in for a cut and colour within 2 days. The whole process was amazing, Jess was so fun to talk to and I couldn't be happier with the results. It has been 2 weeks now already and it still looks better in every way possible. If I wasn't in Lethbridge just for school, Jess would be my permanent stylist from now on. I'll definitely be seeing her at least one more time before I move back to Calgary! UPDATE: It's been about 3 months now since I went, my hair colour still looks great. I've been using purple conditioner (that was purchased at the salon) and have since purchased Moroccan Oil Volume Shampoo and Conditioner. My colour looks a touch brassier than when I first had it done, but it's growing out nicely at the roots. I have no complaints about the longevity of my colour, and mixing the purple conditioner in with my Moroccan Oil Volume Conditioner has improved the shine and softness of my hair, while still reducing my brassiness.
