Previous visits have been pleasant. My last visit soured me on this place, though. My hairdresser was quite rude (it almost seemed as if I was an inconvenience for her). I told her a few times at the start of my cut how I'd like it done - a trim 1-2 cm above the shoulders. When this was not done (she had left it longer), I told her and she started freaking out, saying "you have to tell me what you want" even though I had explained it to her. She corrected it, but I was not impressed. She was also very rude when speaking to customers that were coming in after us. My wife's hairdresser was terrible too. My wife told her what she wanted and when the hairdresser didn't seem to understand, my wife even showed her several pictures of the style she wanted. In the end, my wife ended up with a haircut much different from what she wanted - and the cut my wife had wanted was very simple and easy to do. Unfortunately, her cut took too much hair away to be corrected. With this kind of service, we won't be returning. It's too bad we didn't get the same hairdressers we had on our previous visits as they were professional, friendly, and did a good job unlike these two.

It's my go to place for haircut. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, quick drop in. I say one out four, my cut doesn't turn out great, but it's OK, hair grows back. I find if you are very descriptive with what you want , they will get it right. Nice staff.
