I had a gift certificate that I had saved up for a special day. How I wish the certificate wasn't for this place. The certificate was for $50. I went in for a pedicure. The place looked messy. The chair was crooked and the message feature didn't work. The water was way too hot and when I mentioned it nothing was done about it. I was asked what kind of nail polish I wanted as the gel one would cost money. I said no thank you. Regular nail polish is fine as I don't want the same color for a month. 15 minutes later my pedicure was over. 15 minutes. I guess she was in a hurry. I handed my certificate over and she said that it was going to be $25 for the nail polish! I said, the same nail polish I didn't want? She said, I never heard you. I said, that's your problem. Why should I pay $25 for something I clearly said I did not want? She said sorry but that was the price. I'm typing this and I'm still angry. I feel ripped off. That means that the pedicure is worth $75! I've never heard of such a thing. $75!! That's more than what a welder makes in 15 minutes of work. I felt obligated to pay it even though I didn't want it nor did I feel I should pay it. I will NEVER, EVER go back there again. NEVER.$75 pedicure, who ever heard of such a thing? Rip off.

This place used to be amazing. The lady there used to be amazing at her job. Ive given her the benifit of the doubt three times with my nails. The gel polish is lumpy and never lasts, it bubbles up and peels within a week or so. She also has the biggest trucker mouth Ive ever heard, I mean it is a company and Im pretty sure she shouldnt be talking about pu$$y (her words) , old vietnamese men and how they have certain body part "issues". I mean if you dont mind the brothel feel when getting your nails done go for it!!!

The lady was very rushed and all by herself. She didnâ€™t listen to me about what I wanted she just did her own thing, they are very bumpy and not shaped at all. They are also different lengths. Not going back.

Dirtiest nail salon Iâ€™ve ever been into. Very unprofessional. Massage chairs not working properly. Poor selection of polish choices (and the one I did settle with ended up being old so she asked me to pick a new colour) The pedicure itself was done nicely, but the place was a mess so it really took away from my experience.
