Long line of customers in waiting room despite lots of staff. Check in app helped get near front of line. I expected a longer wait. Always a great experience. Brittney was very professional. Thank you!

Good friendly service and didn't get whipped through like a car wash. If the cut is done quickly, I never go back. A good haircut takes some time and effort. When the barber/stylist takes their time and wants to do the best job they can, they do a better job. Got a great cut and a great conversation! Will definitely be back!

Prices are average, service isn’t great. The real advantage is that it is quick and convenient. It does a good job as what it is, but if you want a good haircut I’d recommend somewhere else.

Candice is amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted in a haircut and it was the best cut I've had in years!

Terrible experience! I had an under cut and I grew it out to cut it and get it all even and when I went in it wasn't a long wait so I thought oh this shouldn't be too bad and when I get to my chair to get my hair cut I sat down and told the lady that I want a pixie cut so it all even and grows out evenly and the first thing she said was "no you don't want a pixie cut that's for old lady's" then I told her I want my hair all even and she then made a face like it made sense and I told her I also want a trim and she then got very confused for the most simple request and I she then started cutting my hair without any clarification and I then I noticed she started blended it all together with like a dozen different lengths then I had to tell her I want the same length all around my head and then proceeded to treat my hair like a 3yr old would with a barbie doll and then kept getting mad at me like I wasn't making sense and got very mad and made me get up and leave the chair to go back to the waiting section where my boyfriend was with my hair all choppy and I wanted to cry from rage and embarrassment to get the phone for a reference, then when I showed it to her she wanted to give me bangs and proceeded to explain bangs like I've never had them before and left to another hair stylist and started taking bad about me saying "there's a communication issue" when I said I didn't want bangs then she sad she's not going to cut my hair at ALL and I was about to cry because she didn't understand ANYTHING I WAS SAYING and even that hair stylist KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT but after everything was done I got my hair cut I was still unsatisfied with the hair cut and even after another worker had to apologize for my time I had there and gave me coupons like I'm going back and now I have to pay more from another salon just to get it done right and I went there a few years ago and still wasn't satisfied with it before. Not satisfied and still upset about my time there and this happened a little over a week ago
