I have been coming to stilettos from the day they opened. Their service is top quality and they are friendly and work with you to satisfy whatever you're looking for. Staff and owners are friendly and I have always felt extremely welcome there. They bounce ideas off of each other to get perspectives and all angles when trying something new for your hair. I appreciate the fact they use quality products. And of course I am a little biased when it comes to my hairdresser Cara because she's absolutely amazing and always takes the time to make sure I like what she has done and then I am completely comfortable and pampered to the entire experience.

Owner was great. When her mother took over we t downhill fast. Getting my haircut was doused with dialogue od her 5 failed marriages. I had to as 3 times to cut my bangs. Went home and cut them myself then asked to come in again to have them even shorter. Arrived on time...she glanced at me and proceeded to sweep the floor l. left 25 minutes later...was completely ignored. Horrible experience
