Used the check in online. Went to the business and didn't have to wait to long. I had a 2 year old son and a 11 year old both getting hair cuts. The first lady did an excellent job with my 2 year old. Very polite and seemed to honestly try to do the best job with a 2 year old who moves and doesn't like loud noises like the buzzer. Still managed to make his hair look nice. Thank you very much. The second lady however was rude and impatient to begin with. Seeming very short when asking who was getting the other haircut. My 11 year old got his hair cut and we left and went home. After leaving a tip as well. When we got home my wife pointed out that his hair was very crooked along his bangs, his hair was cut to 2 uneven heights from the left to right side and there was a portion on the back of his head that left a line of hair that wasn't buzzed to the same length. We drove back. I asked if someone could fix his hair and showed another lady working there what it looked like . Then the the one who had cut his hair came out and I showed her the horrible job and said you butchered it. I turned my son's head to show her what the uneven heights looked like and was accused of being abusive. After which she told me (with my son listening)that maybe if he washed his hair once in awhile and it wasn't so greasy she would have been able to do a better job. She refused to give a refund or even get the manager on the phone. Told me to come back tomorrow, which believe me I will be doing....with my wife this time. So not only did she insult my son's hygiene ( if it was the case, even though he had showered that morning, maybe suggest a wash which I would have gladly paid for) he left in tears from the arguing as well as his bad haircut and insults. Nice job. I wish I knew her name . As for the first lady ( blue hair, can't remember her name ) very nice job on the little one , thanks for the professionalism. The other lady, shaved head and piercing, seemed really inexperienced, rude and in a huge hurry. Wrong profession to be in with those traits. Absolutely horrible....maybe you can get a job in a daycare and insult some toddlers.

TOOK A LONG TIME ... We used the online check-in at 4:05 for 2 people -It said 40 minute wait. I thought great, 20 minutes to drive there and we'll have to wait a few minutes, no big deal. We arrived around 4:30 but it still said 40 minute wait??? ... I thought maybe they hadn't updated it? We finally left at 6:10, two hours after checking in. And to top it all off, I had asked the stylist to trim off 2 inches from my daughter's hair (I even indicated with my fingers how much to cut) and she took off not even an inch. When I asked her about it she just said,, "Oh, your daughter didn't want it cut shorter" ... wth? I'm the adult (she's 10) and told you want I wanted you to do. I know those online wait-times are estimates, but this took longer than it should have and they didn't do the job I had asked them to.

had a haircut twice from this place. never been disappointed. actually above my expectation! Tim was always nice and greeted everyone nicely. This place can be quite busy due to it's convenient access to quail ridge and ubco. To avoid long waiting line, recommend to visit around 10-11AM or late afternoon.

This is easily the worst online check in system.. we checked in and were told it was 23 mins... we arrive on time to be told it’s another 25 mins hmmm is it just me or does this defeat the purpose of checking in???? The best part is great clips doesn’t care, the people working acted like this is their normal procedures.. DO NOT check in on line it’s a scam to get you committed to the location they have no interst in keeping their end of the deal... even children can work the internet properly !!!!!

I get Tim to cut and trim me up so I'm ready for the world. He does a great job and I would request him. He's easy to talk to and has an eye for cleaning up facial hair. ( mustache/beards)
