This location was closed quite some time ago, but I thought I saw a salon with the same name while driving on Hastings street. So I want to add my review to help anyone that might read this. I came here about 2 years ago for a hair cut. There was only one male hairdresser inside at the time. I sat down for a few moments before a mother and daughter who knew the hairdresser comes in for a haircut. He tells them to come back in 10 minutes. I should have walked away at that point hearing that he would only spend 10 minutes on my hair, but since I only needed a simple haircut, I stuck with it. We engaged in small talk but throughout the 10 minutes, he would COMPLETELY pause to talk at times. So he didn't even spend the whole 10 minutes on my hair. After he was done, I asked if he could show me the back of my hair so if it was still too long, I could ask for it to be cut shorter. He jokingly sighs and annoyingly shows me as if I was criticizing his work. No one could tell I even got a haircut. I could have done what he did by myself at home. The price was good but was an absolute waste.

I came over after trying other hair salons in Burnaby that were not so good. At the beginning of my haircut, I told the hair dresser the things I wanted while remaining polite. At the end of the haircut, I asked for making my forelock leaner, she agreed and did it. Then the owner went to me and told me if I should leave and go elsewhere cause I asked for too much and was disrespectful. He was really angry and the hair dresser was laughing nervously, so I guess it's not the first time it happens... Any other hair salon in the mall is better than this.
