Tammy is fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I can tell she’s passionate about what she does. I couldn’t be happier with my new cut and colour and I look forward to my next appointment. I recommend Millionhairs Salon with two thumbs up 👍👍

Tammy has been doing my hair for years! She saved it from my at home henna dye job and gave me the most amazing, luxurious extensions/weave! The hair she used was great quality and matched my natural texture very well! I trust her with any hair endeavor I dare! Definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of getting extensions/ weaves/ micobeads.

Amazing service. Tammy is personable, friendly, & professional, and I’ll most definitely be returning for all future hair appts. I received top quality hair that last me over a year & didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this salon for all of your beauty needs

*updated* I have edited my review at the request of Tammy, owner of this business, to omit the details pertaining to the un-hygienic practices I experienced. I do not wish to harm her business and do hope she will make the changes necessary to correct the issues for future clients. *** I had a mixed experience here. Tammy is kind, fun to visit and her salon is easy to get to. Her prices for extensions are fair, and she knows a lot about her craft. However... There were a few issues that led to a decision for me to not return. Due to a shipping/order error, a part of my hair order got lost in transit for several months. Due to the lengthy wait for my hair to come in Tammy did offer to replace the missing package with another one, free of charge. While I waited for the hair to come in, we put one package of hair extensions in, and then the second several weeks later. The hair quality was fine, but not as silky or smooth as some of my friends' extensions, and while none fell out, there was a lot of hair breakage and frizzing near the ends. I treated my extensions very gently, used high end conditioning treatments on the ends, special tools and wrapped my hair carefully every night. My original request had been for a black to midnight blue ombre effect, with a V-shaped haircut and a lot of added volume and texture. After 3 visits, I never got the V-Shaped haircut I asked for, and had a blocky chunk of medium blue which was not interspersed throughout the style or installation which she then informed me I could not have the exact cut I wanted or else it would look odd. I resorted to colouring and cutting the shape in myself, as I am also a hair dresser, who has been licensed for over 20 years and know what I'm doing. While Tammy was kind and did offer me recompense due to the lengthy wait for my hair, I found some of her practices unprofessional. There were some hygiene issues that came up, the details of which I have removed from this review at Tammy’s request. she solicited a review from me - promising me a discount on my upcoming services if I did so, and also at all 3 visits she brought up her direct sales business selling Monat, which made me feel uncomfortable. In my opinion, offering discounts and services in exchange for reviews makes me question the validity of other reviews... The last thing that happened that made me uncomfortable was that while I was home, sick and asleep with the flu, she messaged me to confirm my appointment over a week away, and then when I didn't respond in a few hours she messaged back to say my behaviour was odd and told me my appointment was cancelled... All in all, I found Tammy knowledgable about installing hair extensions, the types available, and various techniques, however there were a few things she did that left me glad that she cancelled my upcoming appointment and I will be seeking a new hairdresser in the future.
