Disappointed

I was trying to make an appointment as I heard great things about this salon, to get turned down and ignored. I messaged a stylist at the salon named Mak with questions regarding a treatment to hopefully book this way, to be ignored again and left on READ while I see this individual continues to post on her instagram but ignores me... I then get a friend of mine to inquire out of curiosity and she got a response...If you are going to be judgemental and rude to potential customers do not work in the field!!!!!!!!

Earlier this month I had a great hairdresser who was great to talk to and did what she did well. However, I do not feel like I received what I had shown and asked for. I showed her a picture of a women with blondish hair and came out with no blonde really. Just a lighter shade of brown. I wish I had been told if it wasn't possible for my hair to be lightened that much, but nothing was mentioned of the sort. No one noticed I had my hair dyed at all. As much as I loved my hairdresser, I was disappointed.

Very pleased with my first interaction at Pomme. Sarah was amazing and patient in discussing my options. We settled on a game plan and she did a fabulous job. Highly recommended! Thank you Sarah!

Everyone at this salon was super nice and welcoming so no complaints about the service! However, I was quite disappointed with the result I ended up in. It was by no means a cheap hair treatment when I went but I didn't seem to get what I asked for despite paying over $200. It was my first time asking to get a balayage and I showed a picture to Nicole to get it done. I was told that I could not get any lighter than orange and that I would have to go through a few sessions to get lighter. Feeling unsatisfied with this salon, I went to MC College where my friend is studying and paid $75. To my surprise, she did a much better job with achieving what I wanted to do with my hair in one session with zero damage. Overall, I just wanted to voice my disappointment with this service because I felt tricked. The price was just not worth what I got and I would not go again. I hope it does not happen to anyone else! (I attached before and after photos of my hair- I am currently blonde now)

Love this salon. Sarah is the absolute best with blonde hair. I recently moved away and I am devastated that I won't be seeing her again 😭
