Although the staff member we talked to was very knowledgeable, she was in the middle of doing her makeup when we got walked in. She proceeded to talk us through the different products and the care instructions. However, the fact she had lines of foundation across her made it very distracting. I found it unprofessional.

Service was hilariously bad. However, it was fun to try some wigs! Good selection offering both synthetic and Remy hair!

If i could have given them 0 stars i would have. Do NOT waste your time or money. I went into Luxury hair (changing their name to LOXX hair) to buy hair extensions for my wedding at the end of September. The color of the extensions were off, so the sales associate had recommended i take them to my hair dresser and get them toned when I got my wedding color done. I confirmed 4 separate times that there will be NO issues toning my extensions and was assured it would be no problem. Getting my extensions toned (recommended by THEM) has caused my extensions to completely fall apart. They are breaking, chunks are falling out. They are completely unusable. (My hair dresser has 20+ years experience and has toned hair extensions multiple times with no issue.) This company has done nothing (except offer me $50 off a new set from them..HA) to rectify the situation. This is extremely disheartening and I will never EVER return. I will spread the word to all my friends and family. Waste of $200.

I love my extensions. They are the exact match of my hair color so I never had to dye them. The ladies were helpful and I like that you can go in and they will do your hair for you if you've purchased extensions.
