Booked with their junior stylist Chanell and she did an amazing job! Knew how to work with my very thick hair and took her time, cut and balayage took around 6 hours, and came out exactly how I wanted! Highly recommend, very professional and makes sure you are satisfied with the end result.

Return client: Respected her work before but not anymore. I flew in and schedualed my calendar around the appointment. It was my BF wedding in the evening so I was super excited for Mandy’s work. However, that quickly changed, she cancelled my appointment while I was in her salon waiting for her. I get that things can happen, but what disappointed me is that she didn’t even come out to apologies or inform me about cancellation in person, even though I heard her call an associate over to deliver the message to me. Was promised an appointment before I leave town but no attempt was ever made. Feedback is gift and hope you take this to improve your company communication and remember that I was your return client, out of town, that you have now lost.

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND I'll MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FAM, FRIENDS OR CLIENTS GO THERE so I was following Mandy's insta page and it looked like she was amazing at what she did but was way too expensive for my budget. So recently she posted that she had a promo going on with one of the other hair stylists at her salon HAIRBYBIANCA and it was quoted $280. I msged Bianca and Mandy both and booked an appt. I msged Bianca just to make sure that Mandy was going to be there with her during the appointment and she said yes. So I was really excited to get my hair done as I loved Manyds insta page. when I went there Mandy wasn't there so clearly I was lied too but I let it go and then I told Bianca that I wanted my greys covered but her and hairbyazbaa both said leave your greys they are not bad at all we've seen worse. But I told them I hated my grey and everyone was noticing them and I want them covered. But for some reason they kept convincing me to not get my greys covered and ended up putting a permanent hair dye without my knowledge. I told them I wanted lots of color in front of my head which is also called face framing. I am just going to cut this short and tell you guys they have messed up my hair. My hair is black and spotty in front and light blonde in the back. Its like different shade all over. I told her that I wasn't happy that my hair is not light from front and she was like I cant apply bleach again. but towards the end when I went to pay they quoted $380 I almost had a heart attack. I went in for the promo but they said that my hair were thick and they had to use extra product. My hair is not thick and above shoulder blades. They charged me so much and I am not even happy with the final result, if anything I am depressed at how ugly my hair looks. Usually when customer is not happy with the final result the business should do their best to listen and deliver. But I felt that I couldn't even talk to them, these girls were so aggressive. I sent an email to Mandy and she did call back I told her my issue and she said I can come in and get a darker toner to even out my hair but it would be extra $$$. ARE YOU KIDDING ME MANDY ? all you know is how to rip off customers. My hair looks horrible I am so disappointed for spending so much on nothing whatso ever. Guys save your money and go to someone who will actually listen and wouldn't just care about money. I work with dozens of people every day and would never ever treat my clients like I was treated. Also since I never tipped Bianca she blocked me on insta? how childish... is this how you run a business? Also during my appointment my hair stylist Bianca kept talking about getting training from a Barber as men give more tips than girls. You are already charging a crazy amount of money ladies. Focus on making your customers happy rather than tips. Thanks for reading.

Everytime I have seen Mandy she is extremely friendly and professional! I travel hours to see her and I’ve never left her salon without a smile on my face. She strives to make sure every client leaves happy with their new haircut or color! She’s amazing at what she does and I have never seen anyone so in love with what they do like Mandy and her team is. I highly recommend her to everyone!
